Several LWSD students excel in future health professionals competition

Lake Washington School District students are ready to make a big splash in the health sciences industry. Nearly 90 individuals or teams finished in first place and many more placed in the top three at the 2025 HOSA Future Health Professionals State Leadership Conference in Spokane March 11-13.

Students compete in more than 50 different categories. They attend workshops when they are not competing throughout the event. The conference focuses on providing opportunities for knowledge, skill and leadership development in health sciences.
